This is a beautiful example of Dragon Vein Agate, a semi-translucent, orangey red gemstone.
The setting is sterling embellished with circles and shiny balls and is asymmetrically balanced in design.
I made this pendant entirely by hand. It measures approximately 1 1/2" from the top of the bail.
